I ordered educational toys for my toddler, hoping they would spark creativity. After waiting over two weeks, I reached out for assistance, but customer service was unresponsive. When the items finally arrived, they were poorly made and not as described. I expected more from a store claiming to enhance learning. Disappointing experience overall. I won't shop here again.
